Apple finally gave Siri a brain transplant. At WWDC 2026, the company unveiled Siri AI, a completely rebuilt voice assistant powered by its next-generation Apple Intelligence platform, in a bid to rekindle consumer interest in a technology that has been overshadowed by generative AI chatbots.
